ABOUT CIRCUITCALCPRO

Electrical calculation tools, built for the real job.

CircuitCalcPro exists because the paperwork around a service change, panel upgrade, or new dwelling still takes longer than the work itself. We built a focused set of tools so contractors can work up load calculations, panel schedules, and one-line diagrams that are clear and easy to check, without wrestling a general-purpose CAD file or a fragile spreadsheet.

Why we built this

Most electrical software tries to be a full design suite. Field crews need something narrower: NEC demand calculations that show their work, a visual panel schedule that handles tandems and quads, and a single-line that can be snapped together and exported with the rest of the job file.

Fortis Calcs LLC started building that workflow in Colorado and designed the product for both the truck and the office. Start a project, run the load calc, build or scan the panel, draft the one-line, and generate a PDF anyone on the job can read.

What you can do today

  • Load calculations — residential demand calcs (NEC Standard and Optional methods) laid out line by line, not hidden in a workbook.
  • Panel Schedule Builder — a two-column visual schedule with breaker types that match how panels are actually landed, plus an AI photo scan that pre-fills existing gear for you to check.
  • One-line Diagram Tool — a purpose-built SLD editor with electrical symbols, connections, templates, and a title block.

Who it is for

Electricians and contractors

Replace spreadsheet load calcs and generic CAD with tools built around panels, breakers, and the paperwork that goes with them.

Designers and estimators

Move from takeoff to a defensible calculation, panel schedule, and one-line without rebuilding the same job three times.

Anyone checking the numbers

Reports lay out the inputs, demand factors, and totals in a consistent format, so the math is easy to follow and verify.

CircuitCalcPro is an estimation and documentation aid. It is not a substitute for a licensed electrician, inspection, or Professional Engineer review. Local AHJ and utility rules always control.
